You will support salary structures, market pricing, and benchmarking for non-physician roles while partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure well-governed compensation programs. This role offers flexible remote options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, FLSA and salary structures.
  • Experience translating data into practical recommendations.
  • Certifications and healthcare experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Advise business leaders on compensation matters and requests, recommending appropriate solutions aligned with compensation philosophy and governance.
  • Support salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations, pay ranges, market pricing, and benchmarking for non-physician roles.
  • Support merit, market adjustment, incentive planning, compensation reporting, and analytics across enterprise programs.
  • Analyze compensation data, internal equity, market competitiveness, and pay trends to support informed compensation decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure accurate, consistent, and well-governed compensation processes.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required with 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, finance, or related analytical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, FLSA, pay transparency, internal equity, market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and consulting skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.
  • CCP, SHRM, or HRCI certification and experience with healthcare or matrixed organizations, Workday, MarketPay, Excel, and reporting platforms preferred.

The salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$115,500.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
