Qualifications

• 8+ years in EPC commissioning, PM, or delivery of utility-scale projects
• Experience leading multi-project or portfolio delivery
• Ability to integrate commissioning into schedules, budgets, and plans
• Strong understanding of solar, BESS, and HV commissioning interfaces
• Proven ability to train and develop project-management personnel
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with direction and coaching
• Set team goals, priorities, and accountability across regions
• Hire/onboard develop and mentor staff; support career growth
• Foster safety, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Standardize the Sr. CPM operating model across portfolios
• Maintain portfolio visibility of schedules, milestones, risks, and performance
• Ensure integrated commissioning plans, ownership, and coordination cadence
• Monitor readiness, escalation of issues, and cross-functional delivery
