Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the Commissioning Project Management function and oversee portfolio delivery across projects. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, coordinating with HV and BESS/PV field teams to ensure readiness, milestones, and governance.

Qualifications

8+ years in EPC commissioning, project management, or delivery of utility-scale projects.
Experience leading multi-project or portfolio-level workload.
Ability to translate contractual requirements into commissioning deliverables and schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead the Sr. CPM team with clear direction, coaching, and development.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility of schedules, milestones, risks, and performance.
Oversee integration of commissioning plans with project schedules and turnover processes.
Balance workload across regions and project types to optimize delivery.
Drive issue escalation related to energization, milestones, and customer commitments.
