Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning PM function and oversee portfolio delivery across utility-scale solar, storage, and HV projects. This remote role requires coordinating with multiple functions to ensure readiness, milestones, and turnover are achieved reliably.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in EPC commissioning or multi-project delivery, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of P6 scheduling, project controls, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of EPC commissioning and multi-project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team across regions.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility of commissioning milestones and risks.
• Ensure integrated commissioning plans and effective handoffs across functions.
• Balance workload and resource requirements while meeting milestones.
• Escalate issues affecting energization, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with HV, BESS/PV field leaders to align technical scope with project plans.
