SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to oversee the Commissioning Project Management function and deliver portfolio-level oversight across utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substations. This role is fully remote and leads the Sr.

CPM team with cross-functional coordination to ensure readiness, milestones, and safe delivery of projects across regions. The position requires deep experience in EPC commissioning and the ability to balance workload, drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in EPC commissioning or related field.
• Experience leading multi-project or portfolio delivery.
• Ability to integrate commissioning into schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Strong understanding of solar, BESS, and HV commissioning interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with coaching and development.
• Establish goals, priorities and accountability across regions and projects.
• Maintain portfolio visibility of schedules, readiness, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate with HV and BESS/PV field leaders to align scope and execution.
• Standardize processes, tools, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Ensure safety, readiness reviews, and proper turnover and closeout.
