Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the Commissioning Project Management function across utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects. This fully remote role emphasizes portfolio oversight, readiness reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in EPC commissioning, project management, construction management, or delivery of utility-scale electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with clear direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Establish team goals, workload priorities, and accountability aligned with company objectives.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop employees while supporting succession planning.
• Build a culture of safety, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Standardize the Sr. CPM operating model across regions, business units, and project types.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility of commissioning schedules, milestones, readiness, risks, and performance.
