MSIG USA is seeking a seasoned Senior Claims Specialist to independently investigate, evaluate and resolve highly complex commercial auto and general liability claims. You will drive strategy, reserving, and negotiation in partnership with defense counsel.

You will lead discussions with insureds, brokers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliant handling and timely updates while travel to mediations or trials may be required.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressively responsible commercial casualty claim experience.
• Experience handling highly complex, severe and high-exposure auto and general liability claims.
• Experience managing litigated claims, evaluating liability and damages, negotiating settlements.
