World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will drive client satisfaction, strategic planning, and act as the client advocate within the organization to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, and finalizing carrier submissions while maintaining accurate EPIC records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license
• Proficient in MS Office and EPIC
• Experience in submitting carrier proposals and renewals
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary service contact for commercial clients
• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate and finalize quotes
• Manage client renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
• Review contracts and ensure accuracy of binding documents
• Maintain account details in EPIC and organize documents
• Communicate with clients and carriers using templates and letters
