Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Familiar with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for select commercial clients.
• Analyze risk and prepare carrier submissions.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
• Review binding documents and maintain account details in EPIC.
• Support client satisfaction and strategic planning.
