Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently service a portfolio of commercial clients. You will drive client satisfaction and strategic planning while representing client needs within the organization.

You will evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate, and finalize quotes, and ensure accurate EPIC records. A Property & Casualty license and 3+ years’ experience are required. This is a full-time role based in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with knowledge of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Excel, Word and MS Office skills; comfortable with agency management systems (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate and finalize quotes.
• Analyze risk and advise on carrier markets and strategy.
• Prepare carrier submissions and communicate with clients and carriers.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Maintain accurate client and policy details in EPIC and organize documents.
• Create activities and assign to team members.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor for strategy meetings.
