Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning.

You will evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review and finalize quotes, and leverage EPIC and carrier systems to manage policy details, renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance, delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes.
Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise to make recommendations.
Determines Markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
Creates solutions and makes recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with Client Advisor.
Creates complete carrier submission and submits.
Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers.
Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
