Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, strategic planning, and leadership in service delivery.

Responsibilities include evaluating exposures, developing carrier submissions, renewals, and maintaining accurate client records in EPIC, with a focus on strong communication and relationship management across customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Functional knowledge of Excel
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Office
• Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems
• Strong client service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews, negotiates and finalizes quotes for commercial clients.
• Obtains information from clients, analyzes risk, and applies technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Determines markets within core carrier strategy and prepares strategy for client meetings.
• Creates carrier submissions and submits them to carriers.
• Obtains signed binding documents and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy and conducts contract reviews.
• Maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Creates and names documents in EPIC and uses templates for client communications.
• Generates and manages client communications ( BOR, pre-renewal letters, proposals ).
