Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey seeks a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning.

You will evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate and finalize quotes, manage renewals, and maintain EPIC account data while delivering excellent client service and collaborating with the Client Advisor team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Proven ability to evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes.
• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise to make recommendations.
• Determines markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates solutions and recommendations for strategy meetings with Client Advisor.
• Submits complete carrier submissions and obtains signed binding.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Generate client communications using templates and letters (BOR, pre-renewals, proposals).
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
