World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will drive client satisfaction, strategic planning, and service leadership while representing client needs across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty, a Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with EPIC and carrier portals to prepare submissions, quotes, and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• State Property & Casualty license required.
• Proficient in EPIC and carrier sites.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review and finalize quotes.
• Analyze risk and advise on best markets.
• Prepare carrier submissions and secure bindings.
• Renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
• Create client communications and templates.
