Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and strategic planning. The role requires extensive insurance knowledge, client leadership, and coordination with internal teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, and finalizing quotes, while maintaining accurate records in EPIC and processing renewals

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews, negotiates and finalizes quotes.
• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Determines markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates solutions and prepares for strategy meetings with Client Advisor.
• Creates complete carrier submissions and submits them.
• Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Contract reviews.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• May be responsible for ordering loss runs, generating proofs and endorsements and audit review.
