Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team and producers. You will manage policy renewals, endorsements, invoicing, and client communications while ensuring accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Licensing is required, CISR preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of support staff and coordinate with the account team.
• Track policy expirations and process renewals accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, cancellations, endorsements and loss runs.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting info and preparing proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
