You will ensure timely policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and effective communication with clients.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support and Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations, renewals, and policy documents.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoices.
• Support new and renewal business with proposals and binders.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
