Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff and accounts team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business, gather underwriting information, prepare proposals, and bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
