Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team, under the guidance of a manager or producer. This role emphasizes accurate policy tracking, renewals, endorsements, and coordinated service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist in new and renewal business submissions, underwriting information, and pricing proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver service excellence and uphold IOA values.
