Job summary

GE Vernova's Software & Control Solutions (SCS) seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the overall proposal development for Core & Complex Control Projects. You will coordinate sales, finance, engineering, and legal stakeholders to craft technical and commercial deal strategies, and present deals to the CRB in accordance with the ITO process.

You will drive risk and pricing discussions, manage tender schedules, and ensure timely order bookings.

Qualifications

Bachelor/education requirement across engineering or business admin.
Experience in power generation tendering and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Develop competitive proposals with sales; lead overall ITO proposal generation for core and complex control projects.
Review terms, identify deviations, and work with SMEs for risk and pricing strategy.
Outline scope, cost, risk, and pricing to meet customer and GE Vernova goals.
Manage tender schedule, approvals, and bid submission for order booking.
Present deals to Commercial Review Board (CRB) per ITO process and delegation of authority.
Lead commercial and technical meetings and contract negotiations with customers.
Handover to Order-to-Remittance (OTR) team and ensure accurate As-Sold scope and financials.
