GE Vernova's Senior Commercial Manager will provide commercial support to the Sales Team across pole/region, leading ITO proposal development with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning technical and commercial deal strategy to meet business goals.

The role requires experience in power generation projects, strong negotiation and contracting drafting skills, and the ability to navigate complex terms, schedules, and approvals in a remote-capable environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge in engineering or business.
• Significant experience in Power Generation projects and tendering.
• Ability to lead customer negotiations and handle communications.
• Understanding of financial models and advanced spreadsheets.
• Willingness to travel, 30%.
• Experience with contract drafting – commercial and legal terms.
• Strong knowledge of public tendering processes and procurement rules.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales to develop competitive proposals and winning strategy.
• Lead the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) proposal generation for Core & Complex Control Projects.
• Review tender terms, identify deviations, and coordinate with SMEs.
• Outline scope, cost, risk, and pricing to meet business goals.
• Manage tender schedules and secure internal approvals and bid submissions.
• Present deals for the Commercial Review Board (CRB) per ITO process.
• Participate in commercial and technical meetings and contract negotiations.
• Oversee advance release and short cycle processes.
• Support handover with OTR to reflect As-Sold financials and scope.
• Use Salesforce.com to manage proposal risk and pipeline forecasts.
• Lead communications across organizational levels and deal reviews.
• Own the ITO commercial process and support LEAN & commercial excellence.
