Job summary

GE Vernova’s Software & Control Solutions business seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to drive proposal development and commercial strategy for control projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Power Generation projects and tendering.
• Ability to lead customer negotiations and manage communications.
• Understanding of financial models and advanced spreadsheets.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
• Experience drafting contracts with commercial and legal terms.
• Strong knowledge of public tendering processes and regional procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive proposals with sales; lead ITO proposal generation for Core & Complex Control Projects.
• Review tender terms, identify deviations, and coordinate with SMEs for mitigations.
• Outline scope, cost, risk and pricing to meet business goals.
• Manage tender schedule, approvals, bid submission and order readiness.
• Present deals to the Commercial Review Board following ITO processes.
