Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in the insurance industry
• Licensing active; CISR preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, invoicing, and policy documents
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, proposals, bind coverage, and issue follow-ups
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver proactive service and seek continuous improvement
• Demonstrate IOA values and leadership
