Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer finance, with 5+ years in collections strategy.
• Deep knowledge of collection levers and regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, TCPA).
• Proficiency with AI tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections strategy initiatives from opportunity to optimization.
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Optimize metrics such as delivery, engagement, and payment conversion.
