Job summary

AccruePartners seeks an experienced product leader to become the first dedicated Product hire, shaping the product direction for our expanding financial services platform. You will work closely with clients, growth, and engineering to translate problems into opportunities and drive strategic roadmaps.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure product initiatives align with client needs and regulatory considerations, delivering measurable improvements for national financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
• Experience in financial services, with a strong preference for lending, servicing, collections, or credit.
• Ability to work directly with clients and turn messy, real-world problems into clear product opportunities.
• An understanding of how to decide what should exist, why it matters, how it should work, and how we should build it.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make practical tradeoffs.
• Clear communication with executives, clients, operators, and engineers.
• Comfort operating in a growing company where the product function is still being built.
