Responsibilities

• Own collections for active lien-based AR via email, phone, and mail outreach.
• Build relationships with law firm billing departments for updates and faster resolution.
• Negotiate bill reductions and payment amounts while balancing relationships.
• Support external requests for billing records and attest to bills when requested.
