Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
4+ years in customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.

Responsibilities

Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
Recover aging invoices using advanced processes and systems.
Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and target results.
Build professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide timely service.
Provide coaching and support to junior team members.
