Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Utilize advanced skills to recover aging invoices.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers; maintain open communication.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members.
