Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join the Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. In this remote, full-time role, you will manage accounts receivable, investigate invoice discrepancies, and help keep cash flow moving.

You will work with internal and external customers, develop professional relationships, and coach junior staff while supporting process improvements in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit or related finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
