C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate invoice discrepancies, and help keep cash flow moving in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of finance experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service or collections experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Recover aging invoices using advanced processes, procedures and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior-level team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members.
