Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team.

This remote, full-time position focuses on resolving aging accounts receivable issues and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate invoice discrepancies, and help keep cash flow moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and recover aging invoices.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Recover aging invoices using advanced processes and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and results.
• Provide coaching to less experienced team members.
