C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. The role focuses on resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and customers.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate invoice discrepancies, and contribute to keeping cash flow moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve aging invoices and recover cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Provide coaching and support to junior staff and share best practices.
