Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team.

In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and help maintain cash flow while collaborating with internal teams and external customers. You will analyze data, escalate complex issues, coach junior staff, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Utilize advanced skills to recover aging invoices across processes and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and maintain timely communication.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members.
