Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, and help keep cash flow moving.

You will analyze data, coach junior staff, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 4+ years in collections or related finance are required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Recover aging invoices by applying advanced processes and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers.
