• Ability to research payment discrepancies and assist with billing questions or disputes.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, management, and internal teams.
• Sound judgment when escalating collection issues or accounts requiring additional attention; ability to begin promptly and commit to ~3-month assignment.

Responsibilities
