Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in collections, finance, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP/BusinessObjects familiarity preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with offshore teams to support B2B collection activities and facilitate timely payments.
• Respond promptly to requests from offshore teams and internal stakeholders; investigate and coordinate actions.
• Initiate and track escalation procedures; identify root causes and implement corrective solutions.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore performance and follow up on improvements.
• Prepare training materials and deliver sessions to improve process knowledge.
• Assist onboarding offshore members by coordinating system access and tooling.
• Apply business and technical knowledge to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge on projects.
