Elevate and Delegate is seeking an experienced collections professional to work remotely from the United States. The role focuses on outbound collections, payment processing, and accurate record-keeping in NetSuite, with Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET hours.

You will contact customers, secure payments, and escalate when needed while maintaining professional communication. The position emphasizes independence in a remote environment and collaboration with Accounting and Sales teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, or phone-based B2B customer service.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and a neutral, professional American accent.
• Strong written English skills with clear, concise emails and messages.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP, CRM, or similar system is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows.
• Restaurant, franchise, or QSR industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Reliable computer, headset, internet, and quiet home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by phone, email, and text regarding past-due balances.
• Secure payment or a firm commitment to pay and follow up until resolved.
• Prioritize daily collection activities based on balance and aging.
• Track promises to pay and follow up on due dates.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the process.
• Work through NetSuite or other systems daily to manage tasks and escalations.
• Update billing contacts and coordinate with Accounting for clean records.
• Assist customers with online payments and document payments received.
• Provide weekly reports on accounts worked and payments collected.
