Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances. You will research deductions, resolve chargebacks, and validate claims using remittances and contracts.

The role supports month-end close and AR reporting while maintaining detailed records. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of CPG collections experience, strong ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Great Plains), and solid Excel

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains)
Minimum 5 years in accounts receivable/collections at a CPG company
Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies, and promotional allowances.
Review remittances, invoices, proof of delivery, contracts, and documentation to validate deduction claims.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
Maintain documentation of collection activities, disputes, and communications.
Support month-end close, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
