Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is recruiting a Senior Collections Analyst for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, perform proactive collections on past-due balances, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, and aging balances.

Responsibilities include reviewing remittances, credits and write-offs, maintaining detailed documentation, and supporting month-end close and AR reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections at a CPG company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies, and promotional allowances.
• Review remittances, invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Process approved credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and communications.
• Support month-end close activities, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
