Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional for nationwide remote work to oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will coordinate dispute research, develop payment plans, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.
