Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a collections specialist to manage outstanding accounts receivable, dispute research, and payment plans for designated customers. You'll collaborate with the Service Leader for a single point of contact approach and report open AR balances.

This full-time remote role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years' experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research and developing payment plans.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts as a single point of contact.
• Prepare and report open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders; communicate clearly.
