Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will research disputes, negotiate payment plans, and foster trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

You will work with the Service Leader on designated accounts, prepare AR balances for reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues. This country-wide remote role includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable and research disputes.
• Coordinate with designated Service Leader for a single point of contact.
• Prepare and report open accounts receivable balances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
• Support customer needs by addressing root causes.
