Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional for country-wide remote work in the United States. You will manage accounts receivable collections, negotiate payment plans, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

This full-time role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, reporting of open balances, and effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2–4 years of experience, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research and payment plans.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Service Leader for designated accounts as single point of contact.
• Prepare and report open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders; identify root causes of issues.
