Atorus is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of cloud-based solutions for life sciences clients, including validated statistical computing environments in GxP settings.

You will oversee a team of cloud architects and engineers, drive innovative cloud strategies, and ensure successful client engagements across the globe while aligning technical work with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics or data science.
• 7+ years in statistical programming or scientific computing, preferably in life sciences.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical staff.
• Experience with global teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of R and Python; cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Mansioni

• Line-manage and mentor a team of cloud architects and engineers.
• Oversee design, deployment, validation, and support of statistical computing platforms.
• Lead managed services operations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own scoping, estimates, and assumptions for SOWs and work orders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on plans and resource needs.
• Drive cloud infrastructure optimization for performance and cost.
• Maintain documentation and report on cloud performance.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security and regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV).
