Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our ProServe team in Europe.

You will design scalable AWS solutions for pharmaceutical clients, translating business objectives into cloud and AI-enabled outcomes across R&D, clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and SDT, driving SOWs and delivering measurable CBOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Experience positioning, articulating business value, and selling enterprise cloud architecture and solutions to customer executives and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and solutioning AI/ML, generative AI, enterprise-scale data platform, and/or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or payer industry, with familiarity with industry data standards, compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR), and enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

• Design agentic AI apps across R&D, clinical ops, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Design scalable, secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable customer business outcomes across the clinical development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation phases including clinical data management, regulatory submissions (eCTD), and GxP compliance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution design.
• Work with AWS experts and external partners to accelerate innovation.
• Share knowledge through coaching, demos, accelerators, and technical documentation.
