Job summary

Axtria is seeking a Senior Leader in its AI & Data Practice to helm transformational cloud data management, analytics, and agentic AI solutions for life sciences clients. You will drive client engagements, ensure delivery excellence, and provide strategic leadership for a global team of technology professionals.

You will oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) while guiding solution design and project scoping based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred.
• Certifications in AWS (Professional or Associate) highly preferred; Azure certification is a plus.
• Proven leadership on large-scale, end-to-end data management projects in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of professionals delivering cloud data/analytics projects for life sciences.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud data platforms and AI architectures across AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure.
• Drive client engagements, manage projects to time, scope, and quality, and grow Axtria’s footprints in life sciences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design scalable AI/ML solutions and data architectures.
• Contribute to business development through pre-sales and thought leadership content.
