• Experience with network security and management; network protocols for switching and routing; TCP/IP and HTTP; broadband networks and frame relays.

Responsibilities

• Define and resolve complex technical issues related to Akamai products and infrastructure.
• Develop methods and best practices for delivering outstanding service and create knowledge base articles.
• Act as SME for multiple products and collaborate with engineering to support new services.
