Job summary
Akamai Technologies GmbH is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to define and resolve complex technical issues related to Akamai products and infrastructure from Cambridge, MA. This role collaborates with customer technical teams on pre- and post-sales issues, analyzes data from Akamai’s distributed network, and contributes to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in CS, IT or related field or foreign equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related engineering role if no Master’s.
- Experience with network security and TCP/IP and wireless networking required.
Responsibilities
- Define and resolve complex technical issues for Akamai products and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with customer technical teams on pre- and post-sales issues.
- Develop best practices and knowledge base articles for service delivery.
