Job summary

Parexel seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to build and execute the trial operational plan. You will identify and mitigate risks to deliver trials on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with global regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills to oversee vendor management and ensure quality throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/Biotech/pharma.
• 3-5 years direct experience leading end-to-end global trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Own overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality and milestones.
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, SOA creation, budget oversight and KPI tracking.
• Proactively ensure milestones are met and risks mitigated.
• Ensure regulatory and internal SOP compliance and inspection readiness.
• Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and potentially travel ~10%.
