Parexel seeks a seasoned Project Leader for a remote-capable role. You will guide Parexel and client teams, combining clinical research expertise with strategic insight to drive study success from planning to closeout.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring junior staff and leading cross-functional project teams. A strong track record in clinical research and client management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a science or medical-related field.
• Proven advanced project management experience in healthcare, clinical research, or CRO.
• Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships at the project level.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to high complexity clinical trials or low complexity program with accountability for deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources assigned to tasks.
• Own the client relationship at the study level and ensure high client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Manage project profitability through budget oversight, revenue recognition, forecasting, and resource management.
